Our Quality Management System is Accredited by BSI with the quality standard ISO 9001:2008.
We are audited for the standard by BSI on a twice a year basis. Issues addressed during the audit include:
Document and record control, internal audits
Corrective and preventative action
Customer Satisfaction/Complaints procedure
Quality policy and objectives & review and monitoring of performance
Purchasing/Approved supplier/finance process
Objectives are set and monitored through KPI's and smart targets on a regular basis to ensure that all management processes are carried out in accordance with the standard.
Our Operational Management team continually assess our cleaning standards performance using CleanLink quality monitoring software using the Apple iPad. CleanLink software has been produced specifically for the cleaning industry for the monitoring and data capture of cleaning standards. The system has been further tailored to address our own specific needs enabling us to score our contracts using a scoring system and highlighting scoring totals as well as any overdue Audits.
Regular monitoring inspections and visual checks by the site management and site supervisory staff formulate the basis of our quality monitoring programme and the formalised system described above would be undertaken on a monthly basis. Joint auditing, based on service level performances and specifications, can take place between the client and the Operations Manager, and at the end of the Audit the client can verify the Audit by electronically signing the screen.
